What online therapy involves

Sessions are by video, usually weekly, and you can join from home. Your therapist listens, helps you make sense of what is happening, and teaches practical skills. Many people with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship or sleep problems use therapy, often with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Therapy inside psychiatrist-led care

Because Mindly Health is led by psychiatrists, you can see a doctor as well when you need one. If your therapist thinks medicine may help, they can bring in a psychiatrist, and your clinicians share the same notes so you do not have to explain it all again.

Who it suits

  • anxiety, panic or constant worry
  • low mood or loss of interest
  • stress, burnout or exam pressure
  • relationship or family difficulties
  • trouble sleeping

Common questions

What is therapy?

Therapy, or psychotherapy, is a structured conversation with a trained therapist. It helps you understand what you are feeling and learn skills to cope. Many people use it alongside medicine, and some use it on its own.

Who will my therapist be?

Our therapists are clinical psychologists. After your pre-consultation call, we match you with the right clinician for your needs. Tell us your preferred language and we will take it into account.

Do I need to see a psychiatrist first?

Not always. Our team will help you decide at your pre-consultation call whether you should start with a psychiatrist, a therapist, or both.

What is the difference between a psychiatrist and a therapist?

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can diagnose mental health conditions. A therapist provides talk therapy. Many people need both, and Mindly offers both.

Can I see a psychiatrist online from anywhere in India?

Yes. Consultations are by video, so you can see a Mindly psychiatrist from any city or town with a phone or computer and a stable internet connection. Book by call or WhatsApp on +91 90352 54779.
