What you share with Mindly Health stays between you and your care team. This page explains the few exceptions and how to reach us with questions.
Confidentiality
Your conversations with our clinicians and the information you give us, including through the "What's on your mind?" box, your pre-consultation call and your reports, are treated as confidential. They are shared only with the Mindly Health team members involved in your care.
When information may be disclosed
- When the law requires it.
- When someone's safety is at serious risk.
Details you share through this website
If you use the contact box on our home page, your name, phone number, email and message are sent by email to our care team, through Google's mail service, so they can reach you. We use them only to respond to you.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how people use this website, for example which pages are read and which buttons are used. It sets cookies in your browser and collects usage information that does not include what you type into the contact box. We use it only to improve the site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics.

Online care
All care at Mindly Health is delivered online, by video, call or message. Please use a private space and a trusted internet connection for your sessions.
