How we write and review our content
Mindly Health is a clinical service. Our pages are written to help you understand mental health and decide when to seek care. This page explains how we write them, which sources we use, how clinicians review them and how to tell us about a mistake.

Who writes our content
The Mindly Health team writes the pages on this site, and our clinicians check them. Each page is based on published sources. Where a named clinician has reviewed a page, the page says so and shows the date of the review.
What we rely on
- Indian law and government guidance, such as the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 and the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020
- National surveys, such as the National Mental Health Survey, 2015-16
- World Health Organization material and clinical guidelines from bodies such as NICE and the American College of Physicians
- Peer-reviewed research
We list the sources at the foot of a page where they apply. We do not use testimonials, social media posts or unreviewed claims as evidence.
What our pages do, and do not do
- They explain conditions, signs, treatments and how care works, in plain language.
- They do not diagnose. Only a clinician who has assessed you can do that.
- They do not promise cures or guaranteed results.
- They show emergency help where it matters: call 112, or Tele-MANAS on 14416 for free support at any hour. See our helplines and resources.
Our services and our information
Mindly Health provides online mental health care, so some pages describe our services. We write information about conditions so that it is useful whether or not you choose Mindly.
Keeping pages current
Guides and reference pages show a last-updated date. We review pages when guidelines, laws or helplines change. You can browse our guides and condition pages to see this in practice.
Corrections
