Talk to a psychiatrist online, in confidence
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can assess what you are going through, explain it and, if needed, treat it. At Mindly Health you can do this by video from home, in 11 Indian languages.

What happens in an online consultation
Your psychiatrist already has the report from your pre-consultation call, so you can spend the time on what you have been feeling and how it affects daily life. The doctor may ask about sleep, appetite, mood, family history and any substance use, then explains what they find and the options for treatment.
If medicine would help, the psychiatrist can prescribe it. If talk therapy would help, a clinical psychologist can work alongside them. Our Chief Medical Officer, a psychiatrist with an MD from NIMHANS, also gives a second opinion on every case.
When to consider seeing a psychiatrist
Consider a consultation if low mood, worry, poor sleep, or other changes last two weeks or more, or if they get in the way of work, study or relationships. You do not need a diagnosis first, and you do not need to be sure something is wrong.
